Hi there! If you have a spare boost, I’d be so grateful for your support. While bigger creators often get lots of attention, boosting smaller creators like me truly makes a big difference. Your boost would help me keep sharing unique, niche models for everyone to enjoy. Thank you so much for considering it—it means the world! 🙏💖

An edge clamp is a type of workholding clamp that applies side pressure to your material instead of pressing down from the top.
This keeps the top surface completely clear for machining, engraving, or surfacing operations — making edge clamps perfect for CNC Machines.

This 3D-printable version includes both the fixed body and the edge-clamping jaw. It’s based on my aluminum clamps shown in below video but adapted for 3D printing. While making these out of aluminum is preferred for heavy duty workholding or for milling aluminum, this 3D Printed version is a great option for holding wood, plastics, or other soft materials securely without blocking the cutting area.

💡 Notes

  • Ideal for wood, plastics, and light-duty CNC operations.
  • Not intended for heavy duty machining.
  • Includes a STEP file if you want to machine from aluminum and to be able to modify or adapt it.

🧩 Hardware Required

  • M5 × 10 mm Socket Head Screw
  • M5 Nut

Thanks for looking and I hope this help you as they did for me.

Happy machining.
