Also, when I open it, all I get is the saucer. The rest of it still coming or am I doing something wrong?

I love this model! I’m near the end of assembly & noticed there is black striping on the assembled pieces on Plate 9 of the Gondola profile (the L shaped pieces). Is this a decal or tape or did I miss seeing a print plate with these pieces on it? The black striping in my opinion adds to the completeness of this model. Any help would be appreciated. Thank you!
