ASSEMBLY

Assembly and installation are quick and simple.

1. Remove the glass lid and set the tray down on the middle of the front section of the H2D - H2S - H2C D3P riser.

2. Slide in the filament guide.

3. Secure the tray to the riser with the bolt.

4. Place the AMS-HT on the tray.

5. Run a PTFE tube from the AMS-HT through the hole at the front of the filament guide.  You may need some glue to hold in the filament guide.

3D PRINTING

IMPORTANT I upload a print setting files for all my models. The print settings has the parts positioned for correct printing.

EACH BUILD PLATE HAS THE TYPE OF SUPPORT REQUIRED INDICATED ON THE BUILD PLATE DESCRIPTION (TREE AUTO, TREE MANUAL OR NO SUPPORT).

I strongly recommended you use my print setting file. If not, I will not be able to assist you if there is an issue when printing. From experience, many of the issues with printing my models are on account of users not using my print settings.

3D PRINT SETTINGS

I use the following settings and materials to print this model:

Infill % : 15% (no need for more)

Nozzle diameter: 0.4 mm

Layer height: 0.2 mm standard

Material: PETG is recommended. PLA will providing you do not rest a dryer on the shelf or print high temp filament such as ABS and ASA. PLA may deform due to the heat of the dryer or due to heat of printing high temp filaments.  If you only will print PLA or PETG and will not use a dryer then PLA will work.
