Description
Replacement lid designed for the Enduramaxx 1500 L fresh-water trailer bowser, and other similar 1000–2000 L water tanks with 2-lug twist-lock bayonet fittings.
This is a reinforced field-tested version, developed through 4 prototype iterations to achieve maximum durability.

The final version is printed in PETG, tested for several months in outdoor use, and has held up perfectly.
Features:
Designed specifically for Enduramaxx 1500 L bowser
2-lug twist-lock bayonet style
Two air-vent chambers with internal splash guards
Matches pressure-relief design of the original lid (orientation may differ slightly)
Printed upside-down for maximum lug strength — leaves a slightly rough top surface
Can be lightly sanded or torched smooth if desired
Solid top & bottom layers for full rigidity (100 % infill recommended)
PETG for UV and water resistance
No seal required (same as original)
keep the support blocks as they are, the chambers dont need supports and the gap in centre is for easyier removal
