Description

Fits OZ Omnia, Superturismo and other OZ Racing wheels with 75.1mm center hole, customized and based on the original aluminium centering ring. Originals are expensive so I looked for and made an alternative. It is a tight fit on purpose because the material will shrink a little with use. Use a rubber mallet to tap it into the wheel and make sure it is sitting all the way in and flat. It should be about 1mm sunken in to the wheel so it doesn't interfere with the mounting surface.

I recommend printing with at least PETG which is probably going to be just one time use, ideally ABS, ASA, high temperature Nylon or any other filament that can withstand at least 100C. Heat from brakes might melt or severely deform non-temperature resistant filaments. I personally tried PETG during winter and it was fine, for summer I reprinted them in ABS.

Recommended printing settings:

Layer height 0.2-0.25mm
Wall loops 4 to 6
6 top and bottom shell layers
30% Gyroid or Rectilinear infill

These are my settings for my Bambu A1, adjust to whatever works for you.
