!!! Bambulab P2S / X2D Riser with Slider Option !!!

I designed a simple, clean, and fast-printable Riser for the Bambulab P2S / X2D because the PTFE tube and cable routing always ran directly along the glass lid

This prevents any further abrasion of the PTFE tube and the glass also stays clean

Experience shows that the glass gets considerably dirty due to the tube

It was important for me that there wasn't a huge block sitting on the printer with flaps on the left and right, or overloaded with drawers

Therefore, I kept it very simple, clean, and minimalistic

  • NEW: TPU inserts for Riser and Slider
  • fully AMS compatible
  • fast printable on one plate
  • simple plug-in connection, no glue needed
  • PETG is recommended (PLA also holds up well)
  • for the TPU inlays, TPU 90/95A is recommended, TPU for AMS should also work
  • Two heights
    • 18mm (shown in the pictures and sufficient for me)
    • 30mm
  • continuous groove at the back to store the glass lid vertically (not recommended during printing due to the vibrations of the P2S/X2D)

There are four variants:

  • 18mm Riser without Slider
  • 18mm Riser with Slider
  • 30mm Riser without Slider
  • 30mm Riser with Slider

Note:

For me, the 18mm version was sufficient to keep the PTFE tube away from the glass lid Please check beforehand which height fits, or the PTFE tube can also be shortened a bit

With the Slider option, please make sure the AMS does not tip over backwards due to the excess weight!

Please pay attention to the arrangement, see pictures 3 and 4 Based on the different radii, front and back are clearly defined

For the rear ones, please pay attention to the continuous groove (here the glass lid can be stored vertically)

The print times of 9.2h and 13.4h refer to both models (with and without Riser) for the respective heights, meaning this is halved to 4.6h for 18mm height and 6.7h for 30mm height if you print only one variant

The TPU inserts are intended for 18/30mm Riser and 18/30mm Slider respectively

With the Slider, the rear groove at the back, for storing the glass lid, can no longer be used with TPU inserts

For the TPU inserts, please pay attention to the speed, I had the best results with 100mm/s

Print settings:

0.2mm layer

2 walls

15% Gyroid Infill

no supports required

Happy printing!

For suggestions for adjustments or wishes, just let me know!
