Description
I bought an old FPV frame from my local RC store for less than 10 bucks, and then I built my first FPV drone using a lot of homemade parts. And I use a Meta Quest 3 VR headset as FPV goggles and an old Android phone as a monitor. It helped me capture lots of dynamic shots.
The original duct come with the frame is four big red plastic circle, so I made this octo duct a few years ago, and it works great — lighter, faster, and cooler! and also easy to replace.

I printed mine with PLA+, no supports required and it’s held up great through a few crashes. You can also use engineering materials, LW-PLA, or any filament you prefer.
