Description

NEW Design! - Detachable / Removable poop pipe! (H2D Version on my model page!)

You can place the poop bin underneath the shelve where your printer is standing. So you can choose whatever size of bin u use!

  • Part 1: Poop outlet for mounting on the original screws at your bambulab X1C printer (For H2D Printer, CLICK HERE!)
  • Part 2: Poop pipe, what is attached to the outlet with 4 magnets each (6x3mm) for easy removing (Link below in model page).

This setup makes it easy to remove your printer for maintenance etc. Just take of the pipe and move your printer.

After maintenance place back your printer and place the pipe on the outlet. Just as simple as that!

I have designed the model with a smooth curve, no chance for blockages in the pipe!

The model includes 3 plates, for 3 types of poop pipes,

  • 150mm straight pipe
  • 250mm straight pipe
  • 235mm pipe with curve
  • Do u use the AMS buffer? Then download the STL from this page with the cutout for that buffer please!

The model includes a STL file for the Poop pipe with a cut out for when u use a AMS-Buffer! This has to be downloaded seperately from the model page.

I printed several poop containers, and a kind of pipe, but the containers were too small, or I got a blockage in the pipe.

That's why I decided to design a completely new type, and i love it!

Steps:

1: Download the print profile and print the plate of your choice

2: Remove the brims and eventually some leftover sharp edges

3: Place the magnets, look at orientation! (North/South pole of the magnet)
(When u place the magnets in part 1 with the north side in the housing, then u place the magnets in part 2 with the south side in the housing)

4: Remove the upper screw from the poop chute at the back of your printer.

5: Loosen the lowest screw from the poop chute at the back of your printer, just enough yout poop outlet can fit tightly over it:

6: Place the poop outlet over that screw:

7: Place the upper screw back in, (don't over tighten because the housing is just plastic and the screws are short!)

*U can place a little bit longer screws if u have the right type.

8: Move your printer and make a hole trough your shelve/table.

The distance between the back side of your printer, to the heart of the pipe is 92,50mm. (3,54inch)

9: Place your printer back in place, and place the pipe trough the shelve/table on the outlet.

10: Place a bin/box/container/bag or whatever u want underneath the pipe and print!

Your Bambu lab wil poop like it never poops before!

If you have the AMS hub, the part that mounts to the printer blocks the hub from mounting flush. Could you make a version with a notch cut out of the top left corner so the hub can mount flush?

in the curves I had some serious waves, Also on the inside, so I hope it will not interfere the poop from falling down. But, despite the small flaw, this is a sturdy print, and I think it will do the job just right. Thanks for the design.

Only in the tube or also in the top part? in the lower part I think it's not a problem because the poop is falling in high speed already. In the top part it's maybe only on the top side so it shouldn't be a problem also because the poop doesn't touch that. I think it's from temp/cooling settings.

I don't have a p1s, but i see many models that fits both, so i think the p1s is the same so it should fit.
