Model
Light remix of a desiccant bucket from printables. Configurable infill.
Print and Assembly Notes:
- To edit the infill type on the cover click Process Objects
- Right click on “Cover Base” part and click “Edit Parameters”
- Then click on “Infill Density” for Cover Base row, and edit to your desired outcome. Gyroid or Honeycomb look best, you may need to experiment depending on the size of your desiccant.
Print Profile Notes:
Nozzle: Suggest 0.4mm nozzle for precision fit
Wall Loops: 3 wall loops on 0.4mm nozzle, 0.6mm nozzle not recommended due to decreased layer adhesion.
Layer Height: Suggest 0.16 or 0.20mm to maximize strength (0.16mm default)
Infill: 38% honeycomb, suggest 30-40% infill either gyroid or honeycomb
Brim: None on textured build plate. Consider brim for smooth PEI plate.
Material: PETG or ABS (NO PLA, PLA is not safe for filament dryer)
Color: Any
Print Orientation: Print vertically as seen in .3mf file.
Supports: None
3d Printers: Should be printable on any printer.
Filament amount required: 22.93g total across 2 parts.
