Description

Hello everyone. I want to share a modification for the Bambu Lab P1S printer that allows you to install a Chitu Systems H2 chamber heater. This makes it possible to print technical materials without warping and ensures maximum layer adhesion.

For installation, drill the right side panel with a 44 mm hole saw, where the cap will be placed. The power cables and heater controller will pass through this hole, allowing you to use household power instead of the printer’s own supply to avoid unnecessary electrical load.

The controller housing is mounted on the right side of the printer, hooking into the upper hole of the P1S and sealing it to prevent heat leakage. I recommend not exceeding 55 °C in the chamber to avoid damaging the stepper motors, electronics, and flat cables.

Everything has been designed for the simplest possible installation—no disassembly or soldering required. The heater should be positioned at the lower right corner of the chamber, fixed with the supplied magnetic adhesive, and the hole made halfway up the panel. All parts can be easily removed for cleaning.

The heater can be purchased on Amazon or directly from the Chitu Systems website.
All parts were printed in Elegoo Rapid PETG, which easily withstands the chamber temperature.
Happy printing!
