DJI INSPIRE 3 articulated 1:10 scale model, split parts, no supports
Print Profile(1)

Description
Previously, I designed a static version of the DJI INSPIRE 3 model. After multiple design adjustments, an articulated version with split parts was created. The crossbars can be flexibly adjusted in angle, better matching the original machine's design, and eliminating the need for excessive supports.
Besides the printed parts, only 4 M3*10 screws are needed (M3*8 or M3*12 also work, the screw holes are negative parts and can be resized to use M2 screws).
Simple installation tutorial and pictures:
0. Introduction to parts on the plate:

1. Combine the two main halves, using 3 connecting tenons to fix them. If it's too tight, you can tap it with a hammer; if it's too loose, you can use super glue:

2. The connecting rod has 2 ends. Use the smaller end to connect to the main body of the drone. If it's too loose, you can apply double-sided tape:

3. Use the thicker end of the connecting rod to connect to the crossbar:

4. Use M3*10mm screws to screw the propeller blades onto the propeller seats of the crossbar:

5. Tada~ It's done~ You can adjust the crossbar angles to simulate various states of the aircraft:

Boost Me (for free)
If you like this design, please help me out by liking and boosting it, I truly need your support. I really don't want to manually change filament anymore; I'd like to upgrade to an AMS. Thank you so much
