VRS R295 Spacer

This spacer can be placed between your VRS R295 steering wheel and the quick release.
The VRS quick release has a 50 mm bolt pattern, and the standalone VRS quick release comes with a 50 mm to 70 mm adapter so you can use regular car steering wheels.
This adapter is 30 mm thick, and since the R295 doesn’t use this adapter, I found the gap between a regular wheel and the R295 too large, that’s why I made this spacer.
 

You’ll need to purchase new screws. You’ll need M5 countersunk screws, and I recommend applying a small drop of blue Loctite so the screws don’t vibrate loose, as they standard come with that applied.
 

Recommended screw lengths:
25 mm = M5x60
20 mm = M5x50
15 mm = M5x45–M5x50
10 mm = M5x40–M5x45
 

Print settings:
Material: PLA or PETG (PETG recommended)
Wall loops: 7
Infill: 25%
Top and bottom layers: 5
