Description

Boost Me (for free)

Zoey would definitely boost this. Do not boost if you or your kid is a demon

I made this as an original take on Zoey's Shin-Kal Dagger from Kpop Demon Hunters. The versions I saw were either not kid safe, or the lighting wasn’t practical—LEDs were bulky and thick, or too dim to show up during the day. So I designed a new model from scratch with two goals: safe to handle and genuinely bright.

This model is optimized specifically for translucent TPU. The internal cavity, wall thickness, and geometry are tuned to be very bendy when printed in TPU and to glow brightly and evenly (not just near the LED).

Light
The dagger is built around a flat bright flashlight:
– Flashlight: https://www.amazon.com/dp/B0DKXLKYDL
The LED tray and internal cavity are modeled specifically for that light and its battery assembly. The tray slides in and seats in place, keeping the beam centered and the profile slim.

Material
– AMOLEN Translucent Light Blue Glow-in-the-Dark TPU 95A: https://www.amazon.com/dp/B0DJVFFXTG
It’s very bendy (kid friendly), light blue so it looks good both lit and unlit, and it has bonus afterglow. Other materials will print, but the LED tray may be challenging to slide in. The on-off button will also be harder to press since it takes advantage of the flexibility of the TPU.

Tassels and finish
Tassels are up to you—lots of styles will work. I included a small golden knot (printed mine in Gold Bambu Silk+) and used these tassels:

Assembly
- Remove LED assembly from the flashlight and put into tray. Note that the battery should be facing down and the button facing up. You may need to clip one LED wire if it's too long.

- Slide LED tray into dagger. The tray has a groove that should clip into the dagger. If the LED is not centered, you can rotate it by nudging it through the TPU material.
- The hole in the dagger and tray should be aligned to allow tassel to be threaded through. To thread the tassel through the golden knot and the dagger, it may be easier to make a small hook with a thin wire, which is visible in the photos.

- Turn it on by pressing on the button through the flexible TPU! This is most easily done with a fingernail.

Models included
– Dagger model with integrated internal light cavity
– Dedicated LED tray sized for the flashlight above
– Optional golden knot accent for the handle/tassel
