Easy DIY Voice Assistant | Stellar AI Lander Style by Huy Vector
I designed this wire-bending stencil/jig so you can recreate the Stellar AI Frame exactly like in the YouTube video. This is version 1.0 — I’m still testing and improving it. The listing includes the jig to lay the 1.0 mm brass wire and bend it to the right shape more easily. I’ve linked the video where Huy Vector assembles the voice assistant.
What this is
- Purpose: a printable jig to guide and form the copper/brass wire to match the current video look.
- Status: v1.0 (work-in-progress). Feedback welcome!
- Use: place the wire in the grooves/around the stops and bend along the path to get repeatable results.

- 1× Xiaozhi Ai: Mini ESP32-S3-N16R8 Kit with a speaker
- Brass/Copper round wire, 1.0 mm diameter
- 1× Battery (I use: 2800 mAh 16P 1634)
- 1× TP4056 lithium battery charger
- 1× 0.96" OLED display module (I2C, 128×64)
- 1× Switch SS12D00
- 4× Stainless steel ear studs
Optional: Wi-Fi antenna (for a cleaner look)
