Description

Step back into the Grid with this model of the classic tank from Tron (1982)! Designed with that iconic angular look, it’s a fun nod to one of sci-fi’s most memorable vehicles. Great for fans of retro tech and nostalgic 80's films. Featuring a rotating turret, this model is perfect for display or play.

I will try to upload a painted .OBJ file as soon as possible to make the model even more similar to the version seen in film.

The provided model images should make for easy assembly. All pins will need to be glued in place. When assembling the turret, first push the turret pin into the socket of the turret, then carefully glue the turret base onto the turret (being careful to keep glue off of the pin), and finally glue the base of the turret pin into it's corresponding hole on the tank body.

If you like this model, check out my Tron Light Cycle- No AMS Required model as well.

Cool print, thank you! Added some highlights to the turret in Studio, not accurate to the movie but I think it looks neat.

Thanks for the model I added red lines on the barrel, and used galaxy PLA for the body, metal PLA for the tracks The effect is very close to that of the movie

Two requests for movie accuracy if you're willing: The red/white arrow "button" is elevated above and not recessed into the tank deck, and if you could add an AMS mod for the red accents as other did below, that would be FANTASTIC.
