80mm 3d printed motor

Description
This motor is 80mm in diameter and is fully 3d printed in three parts; the stator, stator base, and rotor. It uses 12 10x3x60mm magnets and has 18 coils. You will need the magnets, 2 8mmx22mm skate bearings and a 8mm rod(at least 100mm in length. This motor is a work in progress there are many, many, many improvements to be made. I wound mine as a Wye motor and that is what I would recommend. There are many great resources out there on how to wind a motor on youtube. I used a sensor-less Esc from amazon to test it. I printed it with petg with at least 50% infill for the rotor and stator base. The stator could be a little less dense. Because the motor has a plastic stator and a press fit shaft it is not very useful except as a learning tool or a fun project. A c clip to hold the shaft on will be useful. 3d printed motors are inherently dangerous build at your own risk.
