I modified the back plate so it fastens to the wall keys with screws instead of glue, allowing it to support heavier loads while remaining removable.In the original design, using glue either 1) limited wall attachment to the two slotted end holes, resulting in lateral flex in the center, or 2) required mounting the backplate with central screws then gluing the back plate on, which would block access to these central screws without breaking glued joints. To address this, I flipped the countersunk central screw holes so the back plate can be screwed directly to the keys, eliminating the need for glue, and I added a third central slotted hole to reduce central flex while still allowing the mount to be removed from the wall.How To UseMount back plate to wall with three slotted holes. Remove plate by sliding up, leaving wall screws in place. Screw the backplate onto the keys using 4 central holes (Don&#39;t overtighten!). Slot the whole assembly back onto the wall.Possible ImprovementsA clip-style mechanism could replace the central screws entirely, but that is beyond my current skill level.Offsetting the third slotted hole removed flex in the back plate itself, but the central screws are still aligned linearly, leaving some vertical flex under heavy loads. Offsetting these screws as well would likely solve this and I may update the model if I need to print another one. Meanwhile, glue is still an option to completely remove all vertical flex, and this model would still have the added benefit of the central slotted hole in a removable design.

Coat hook modified for 3D printing. The standard model consists of 5 hooks and can be expanded as required. The hooks can be flexibly folded in and out. The wall mount can be attached to the wall using two screws, or screwed to the wall with several screws (more stable). I recommend using strong adhesive when attaching the individual parts for greater stability. For lighter items, the friction fit should also be sufficient.
