Hey there!✨

Recently, I was looking for a pair of elvish earrings on Amazon for my sis, and I couldn't find one that had both a pretty design and positive reviews, so I designed one. :D

My goal overall for this design was to first be super comfy and wearable for even long periods, and second to stay on safely without any brackets or magnets. Because of the first goal, I really couldn't go toward any design with cuffs or clasps that could be comfy for some people, but not for others. On the other hand, how would it stay on without any of those?

As a result, I did a bunch of trial and error to finally settle on this design, using an “ear wrapping” method. It took me a few tries to find the perfect ergonomic shape, and it needs a bit of support to print, but it was worth it. I've worn it for several hours now, and I can guarantee that it is comfy.😅

To print this pair:

  • Lower your layer height to 0.16 or 0.12.
  • Lower the infill to about 10% or less for lighter earrings.
  • Activate the “Tree supports”. I don't recommend printing this design with normal supports.
  • Important: For easier support removal, increase the support/first object layer distance to 0.28 mm.
  • Enable the brim generation.
  • Lower the printer speed. I didn't change the default print speed in the uploaded profile, but adjust it according to your printer to ensure successful printing and surface quality.

Hope you enjoy them, and happy printing! :)🥂
