After seeing some projects for the Cessna 172 flap handle, I decided to create one from scratch, and here is the result.

It is simple and functional.

To complete the model, you will need:

- 4 M2 6mm screws

- 4 M2x2x3.5mm inserts

- An 8mm ball bearing

- A 17.46x5.55mm spring

No system will be needed to hold the handle in place because the print has a minimal clearance so it does not come out easily.

The flap position scale is printed flat and therefore will need to be curved with a little heat.

I opted for the flat printing of the scale for print quality reasons because in the curved version the numbers were not perfect.

This scale, as well as the part that stops the flaps at the correct degrees, were glued to the device with double-sided tape for easier removal.
