Print Profile(1)

Description
With this riser stand, upgrade your CH270's vertical airflow. Not only will cooling be "calmer," but your desktop's aesthetic appeal will also improve. Happy Printing & Stay Cool!
A complete introduction to the 3D printable "riser / bottom stand" model for the DeepCool CH270 chassis, ready for direct printing. Modification and commercial re-modification are prohibited without permission. The model has been tested in multiple vertical airflow configurations and significantly improves bottom intake efficiency. It also features a DC (DeepCool) logo decorative surface, balancing performance and aesthetics.
I. Design Highlights
- Custom-made for CH270
- The model dimensions in the 3mf file match the CH270 bottom dimensions, requiring no additional modifications.
- Raises by 50 mm, providing space for power cables, USB-C cables, etc., to pass through, preventing excessive bending that could lead to poor contact.
- Airflow Optimization
- Four-sided through grille + 45° diversion bevel, increasing intake area by ≈38%, creating a more stable positive pressure vertical airflow.
- The bottom space can accommodate 2×120 mm reverse-blade fans, or it can be used directly as a passive riser.
- High Aesthetic Appeal
- Integrated recessed DC (DeepCool) logo engraving on the front, which presents a metallic texture when printed with PLA Silk.
- Easy-to-Print Structure
- Enable automatic tree supports, and it can be formed in one go with 0.2 mm layer height / 0.4 mm nozzle.
- Split printing option: can be disassembled into 4 parts to reduce warping and is compatible with 256*256 mm small-sized printers.
II. File List (STL Package)
- deepcool-ch270 bottommount.stl (Print in Place, recommended for platforms 250 mm or larger) Note: This is the version without reserved assembly tolerance
- deepcool-ch270 bottommount.step (Print in Place, recommended for platforms 250 mm or larger) Note: This is the version without reserved assembly tolerance
- deepcool-ch270 bottommount.3mf (Contains split part printing parameters, PETG printing recommended, front panel requires dual-color printing support, split into 4 parts for printing)
III. Recommended Print Parameters
- Material: PETG (balanced strength/temperature resistance) or PLA-CF (high rigidity, matte surface)
- Layer Height: 0.2 mm
- Wall Thickness/Top/Bottom Layers: ≥1.2 mm (3 perimeters)
- Infill: 25% grid (or 3D honeycomb), balancing strength and lightweight
- Nozzle Temperature: PETG 230–240 ℃; PLA-CF 210–220 ℃
- Bed: 80 ℃ (PETG) or 60 ℃ (PLA-CF)
- Support: Tree automatic
IV. Assembly and Installation
- After printing, slide the entire stand into the bottom of the CH270, align with the 120 mm fan holes, and secure with the long screws provided with the original machine.
- If using the split version, assemble the parts first, and use super glue to secure the separated parts.
