Arm replacement iFlight Nazgul XL5 (ECO) V1.1/V5

This is a replacement FPV frame arm designed to temporarily bridge the gap until the original spare part arrives

It fits a iFlight Nazgul XL5 (ECO) from the fifth generation (Also known as V1.1)

The original arm was 3D scanned and redrawn in PTC Creo, then printed on a Bambu Lab X1C using ASA-CF filament

⚠️ Printing notes:
Make sure your print chamber is well preheated (above 40 °C) to avoid warping and ensure good layer adhesion

✅ Flight test:
The printed arm was test-flown successfully It performs noticeably worse than the original carbon fiber arm and is not suitable for freestyle or aggressive flying
However, for cruising and light flight, the strength of ASA-CF is sufficient You may try out other filament options
