Description
This is a replacement front plate for the Sapphire 9070XT Nitro+ graphics card.
I have also included in ‘blank’ step file that enables you to add a custom design for the cut-outs.
Needs to be printed in ABS!
Please note, that makerworld for some reason doesn't allow me to upload a print profile with PETG interface layer for supports but this is highly recommended for clean print. Set the interface material to PETG, top Z distance to 0, top interface spacing to 0.
The correct dimensions of the part are quite critical therefore when printing please make sure to scale the model to accommodate for shrinking:
target width of the cover is 64mm
- After printing check it with callipers → for example if the printed part is 63.7mm wide it needs to be scaled up in bambu studio, here's the match: 64mm / 63.7mm = 1.00471 → the model needs to be scaled up by 0.5%
go to Bambu Studio, open the profile, select the model, click on ‘Scale’, untick ‘uniform scale’ and change the X and Y to 100.50
