Steam Locomotive 464.0 ČSD (Ušatá) H0

The 464.0 series locomotive is a tender steam locomotive, manufactured between 1933 and 1939 at ČKD and Škoda Works in Pilsen for the Czechoslovak State Railways (ČSD). The locomotive was developed for the transport of express trains and accelerated trains on lines with limited superstructure capacity. These were locomotives of a new design, capable of replacing a large number of older locomotives while simultaneously increasing performance and speed. They were later followed by the production of the 464.1 series and other locomotives.
