Description
About this Model
This is a custom display stand designed for the Sig Sauer MPX platform, built from the ground up with wall-mount capability and a reinforced insert. The base features a raised Sig Sauer logo designed for multi-color printing to give the stand a clean, finished look.
This model was inspired by an earlier design from @izzygizer, whose version uses the factory magazine to rest the MPX upright on a desk.

I originally experimented with combining elements of that concept with a scanned magazine body, but ultimately chose to create a full scratch-built design with additional structural support and mounting versatility (wall or desktop).
Printing Recommendations
This upload includes print profiles tuned for strength and real-world handling:
- Based on BambuLab’s “Strength” preset
- 6 perimeters for rigidity
- 25% gyroid infill for a solid insert fit
- 0.2 mm layer height
- PLA or PETG both work well
- No supports required for the base
- Optional pause layer for multi-color printing of the logo
