After 1.5 years of loyal service outside in the sun, my original PLA version finally gave out. It cracked along the layer lines because of the orientation. I learned from this real-world test and completely redesigned the model from scratch!

🛠️ What's new in V2:

• Optimized Layer Orientation: Both parts have been rotated to print on their side. The mechanical stress is now distributed across the layers, making it significantly stronger.
• 100% Support-Free: All 90° angles have been reworked into 45° chamfers. No more wasting filament or fighting with support removal!
• Teardrop Bolt Holes: Screw holes have been redesigned with a teardrop shape for perfect, clean bridging without supports.

This heavy-duty bracket keeps your 7-pin trailer connector securely fixed to the drawbar when not in use. It prevents water, mud, and insects from entering the plug, drastically extending the life of your electrical system.

Technical Details:

• Hardware: Requires 2x M8 bolts (14mm).
• Material: PETG or ASA highly recommended for UV and weather resistance (avoid PLA as it will warp in the sun).

Recommended Print Settings:

• Material: PETG, ASA or ABS (Highly recommended for outdoor/UV use).
• Wall Loops (Perimeters): 3 or 4 (for mechanical strength).
• Infill: 8% (Gyroid recommended).
• Supports: 100% Support-free!
