Fire up your printer and get this mask printed and ready to go before December 5th! Otherwise, Krampus may come visit you, and you wouldn't want that!
Krampusnacht is a traditional European celebration on December 5th that features the mythical creature Krampus, who punishes naughty children on the night before the Feast of St. Nicholas. The tradition includes parades, processions, and people dressing up as the horned, goat-like Krampus to scare people with birch switches or bundles of twigs. While rooted in tradition, many communities now celebrate Krampusnacht with festivals that include music, markets, and other festivities!
This is currently scaled to fit a small-average adult sized head. For larger adults, you may need to scale up 10-15%, but slice the head portion to fit it on the plate. For kids, you can scale down about 20-25%. I painted mine using acrylic paint, then finished it with a shiny gloss automotive enamel spray. I highly recommend adding fur as you see fit.
I hope you enjoy the file, and please share images of any completed masks you're made!
