Meshtastic Solar Node for RAK19007 / 4631

This is a small solar node that uses RAK19007/4631 with a 3000mAh battery, 5v solar panel, & a MPPT controller.

The box uses M3 Heatset inserts for the threads and M3 Screws (hex head, the holes are deep so you can get away with several different lengths)

The CN3791 is all JST 2mm Connections and it comes with two Female / Female wires. 1 is used to connect the board to the battery terminal on the RAK ( it is the connection closest to the Orangish component on the CN3791). The other wire gets cut in half and one side soldered to the panel. The other side is used to replace the JST 1.25 on the battery.

The box is printed in ASA 50% gyroid infill.

The gasket and the plug are TPU 85. Gasket 100% infill,  Plug 50% ( you could go lower or reduce walls if you wanted, its pretty tight)

I thread the antenna connection through the hole with a 8mm wrench from the outside then screw it in from the inside, I do not use all the washers because the antenna may not seat all the way.
