Quick and dirty remix of 3 models to mount my 12.3" Prechen Touchscreen Monitor to my monitor so it “hangs” underneath.

M4 screws to hold it together with recesses for nuts. I actually used heat inserts because I was out of M4 nuts. You have to get the links tightened pretty tight with the weight of this monitor, untested on others.
