Canon Tripod Mount Typ AII with 38mm Arca Swiss
Print Profile(1)

Description
A simple tripod mount for a Canon EF 70-200 f/4L USM. It should therefore have the same dimensions as the original Canon Type AII.
In addition, I designed the whole thing directly for the 38mm Arca Swiss standard. I deliberately avoided using a hinge or similar to make it as stable as possible.
If something doesn't fit, I would appreciate your feedback.
To assemble it, you will need the appropriate threaded inserts (see parts list) and an M5 thumb screw (e.g., from a GoPro). Any other M5x20 screw will also work, but that would be a bit awkward. The 1/4 thread insert is not required when using the Arca Swiss standard.
You can find a suitable thumb screw for 3D printing here:

To insert the M5 threaded insert, you will need to bend the ring slightly to the side.

đPart list:
- 1x M5 threaded insert (M5x9.5x7.1)
- 1x 1/4 threaded insert (1/4-20x12.7x8.7)
- 1x M5 Thump Screw (Thread length 20mm)
