Description
With Christmas right around the corner, it's time to start thinkin about outdoor decorations.
These are heavier duty ground stakes for C9/C7 lights. I have very hard soil and most of the other light stakes I tried would break while trying to get them in the ground or the heat from the incandescent bulbs would soften the holder to the point they would drop the light so I designed these ones. At a total length of 21.5 cm or 8.5 inches, I was only able to fit 6 stakes to a build plate. I designed a tool that you put on top so you can use a rubber mallet to drive them into the ground without damaging the stake and is on my profile. I strongly recommend using the tool to prevent braking the stake and can be found on my profile. I printed these in Bambu Labs PETG HF but I wouldn't recommend using pla as it would probably be far too brittle. I did use support material in this profile but that is easily removed in Bambu Studio if you don't want to use. I like it because it makes the post processing quicker and cleaner and it really doesn't add that much more time to the print.
