Grimsby Town Football Club, based in the coastal town of Cleethorpes, Lincolnshire, plays its home matches at Blundell Park, a ground rich in history and character. Opened in 1899, Blundell Park is one of the oldest football stadiums still in use in England and has long been a cornerstone of the local community. The ground has an old-fashioned charm, with its tight stands and proximity to the pitch creating an intimate, passionate atmosphere on match days. The Main Stand, with its distinctive wooden seating and traditional design, contrasts with the more modern Pontoon Stand, which houses some of the club’s most vocal supporters. 

The Osmond Stand is typically reserved for visiting fans, while the Findus (Young’s) Stand offers a raised, all-seater view that looks out toward the nearby Humber Estuary. Blundell Park’s location near the sea often means matches are played in brisk, breezy conditions, adding to its unmistakably coastal feel. Though modest in size, with a capacity of just over 9,000, the ground’s sense of history and the loyalty of the Mariners’ fanbase make it a special place in English football, embodying the pride and resilience of both the club and its community.

Print at 100% infill with a layer height of 0.08mm with a base layer of 0.16mm
