Description

This is the full version of my Makita DHS660 rail adapter, designed to let you use your saw with the Makita guide rail. Unlike the split version, this model is printed in one solid piece. Please note that this full version can only be printed on Bambu Lab H2 series printers.

For those with smaller printers, I’ve also created a split version that can be printed on any Bambu Lab printer, including the A1 Mini.

The adaptive guide runners prevent the adapter from getting stuck while sliding along the rail. They can easily be replaced if they wear out, and each runner has a threaded hole so you can simply screw in a bolt to remove it. I recommend printing the runners in PETG for strength and durability, while the rest of the adapter can be printed in PLA.

You only need two M6x10 bolts for assembly.

Attention: The adapter includes a Makita logo embedded just 0.01 mm into the surface. This allows you to paint it for a clean dual-color, or leave it unpainted for a simple, single-color.
