KEY FEATURES & ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS:
✅ Fast & Lightweight Print:
- Print Time: Approximately 1 hour (depends on the printer).
- Material: Only about 20g of PLA (or your favorite filament).
- Note: I've optimized the print for lightness, so surface quality is secondary to comfort.
📐 Universal Scalability (Size S-XXL):
- The model is already divided into two parts (.STL) to facilitate resizing.
- Crucial: To scale, select both parts simultaneously in your slicer and scale them by the same percentage (e.g., 120% for larger animals).
🔥 Perfect Fit with a Hair Dryer:
- If the printed headband doesn't perfectly fit the curves of your pet's head: Don't throw away the print! Gently heat it with a hair dryer (on medium power) or a low-temperature heat gun. The PLA will become malleable, and you can gently shape it to fit any curve! I've done it myself, and it's the key to universal wearability!
🎨 "Splatter" Customization
- The real fun is painting it! I used acrylic paints to create the most realistic and scary "blood" effect. Let your imagination run wild!
🛠️ Support Removal:
- The support inside the handle is crucial for strength, but it can be a bit tricky. Arm yourself with patience and a small screwdriver/pick to carefully remove it.
