Description

Replacement part (143326-8) of the Makita BO6050J random orbit sander's dust extractor. I ripped the end off of mine and instead of paying 20$ for a replacement I designed it from scratch and tried to make it sturdier so it won't break again. I made the walls thicker (while still keeping the same negative space for the dust extraction) and added some rigidity supports.

This only contains the tube part, you will still need the clamp from the original part.

I printed it in PETG (which I recommend for this) and it seems to hold up fine but I don't have any long term experience to share yet.

Printed at an angle for better layer strength and since my A1 mini wouldn't fit it otherwise lol. If you have a bigger printer you might want to print it straight upright so no supports are needed, I think layer strength should still be enough.

If you print it in my orientation you will most likely need some needle pliers to remove the supports from the inside.
