These are adapters for the Christopher Ward The Twelve which allow the use of off the shelf watch straps. The 40mm adapter will fit 20mm straps and the 36mm adapter will fit 18mm straps. These can be printed with the material of your choice, but dimensional accuracy is very important to having a good fit on the watch.
