Description

I previously sold this model on Etsy, but I'm now offering it for free.

My wife tasked me with creating a printable Gingerbread house that was collapsable and washable.  For those of us with teeth not hard enough to chew that stale gingerbread, you can wash off the frosting and put it away for the season.  Or....you can decorate it again and again for various occasions.  Gingerbread houses no longer have to be just for Christmas.

The 3mf includes two different variations for the walls.  There is a 'cutout' and a 'solid' version version.  There is a slight time and material savings for the cutout version, but the original purpose behind the cutout was not to save on material.  Depending on your material of choice and how temperamental your printer is, you might struggle to get an asthentically pleasing top layer.  That might sound strange to some of you, but THIS was the reason.  I could often get a great first layer, but the last layer would have artifacts that were unpleasing to the eye.  This was likely due to the PETG I was using.  If this is your problem, using the 'cutover' version will mean your first layer will be the outside of the walls.  If you don't struggle with this, take your pick.  Your build plate texture will obviously affect the overall look if you choose the 'cutout'.
