Description
Hi Folks, i wanted to create my own sound machine with individual sounds. So i used the MP3-DFPlayer-Mini Module from AZ-Delivery. it has an SD-card slot for your Mp3 sound files and a mini 3 watts amplifier. But the best part is, if you connect buttons with it with an individual resitans, you can trigger defined sounds.
So what do you need for this project.

- 1X AZ-Delivery MP3 DFPlayer mini Module
- 1X 3 Watts 50mm Speaker
- 1X 3v-5v Power Supply ( i used an 3.7v battery 18650)
- 14X Buttons ( i used PBS-110)
- 1X USBC battery charger board
- 1X ON / Off Switch KCD1-101
- 4 M3 melting insets
- 4X M3x8mm Screws
- 4X M4X8 Screws with nuts
- a bunch of resistors please see pictures
- some wires or jumpercables
- and a old SD card
I cant give you an exact guide for the soldering part, please see the pictures.
You have to solder the batterholder on the chargerboard and the positiv wire runs to the ON/OFF button and from the button to the Player. Ground goes from the chargerboard to groundrail (which connects all 14 buttons on one side and the player.
You have to connect the specific resistors on the buttons, if you dont have the exact resistor you can connect two or more on chain for the target resistans. Than you have to connect the buttons with the player and at the End the speaker.

The chargerboard, the batteryholder and the Player are hotglued to the frame. If you glue the Player right between the two guidelines the LED shines through the tiny hole on top.
Your Soundfiles have to be MP3 files and be named with an strict order like:
0001_TEST
0002_LOL
0003_GUNSHOT
0004_ [...]
make sure that the sounds are not to loud, i lowered the sounds with an program.
after that the buttons play the individual sound.
I hope you can manage to create your own soundmachine, if you have any questions please let me know. I would love to see your machine :D
Have fun and good luck ;)
