INFO

I designed this model with the goal of managing the Li-Po batteries of my model aircraft more efficiently and neatly

The idea was to optimize the available space, while keeping the batteries easily accessible and ready for use

DIMENSIONS

Each cube-shaped slot measures [50x50x110] mm and can accommodate batteries from 2S up to 6S (I inserted 6s 3200mah), thus offering a versatile and compact solution that can hold up to 12 batteries

The overall dimensions of the model are [210x170x110] mm, designed to easily fit on a workbench, a shelf, or any other need

PRINTING

The print was made with a 0.4 mm extruder and a 0.2 mm layer height

For good results, it is recommended to enable supports during printing

The material used and recommended is PETG (I used the one produced by eSUN)

TIPS

To further optimize battery management, I also recommend combining this model with colored 'caps' for the connectors (e.g. red, orange, green)

They are easily available online as printable files and allow you to quickly identify the status of each battery: charged, in use, in storage, or to be recharged

A small tip that can really make a difference in daily management, especially when you have many batteries to keep track of
