I developed this enclosure to use the “Shelly UNI Plus” in a mobile/variable way, allowing other sensors or devices to be connected easily and quickly whenever needed

The enclosure features an optional 11 mm diameter hole for a USB socket. The board is secured with 2-4 drops of hot glue. Four 3x12 mm countersunk screws are used to fasten the lid

Depending on the filament and nozzle used, it might be necessary to scale the model by approximately 0.5 - 1.5% larger. However, with PLA and a 0.4 mm nozzle, the model should fit at its original size

 

Since the Shelly UNI cables are actually too thin for Wago terminals, I applied some solder to the cable ends. Alternatively, a wire ferrule could be used. (I just didn't have any left…:-) )

 

I used my labeling device for labeling, as I am not a fan of permanently integrating labels into a model. DirkMG created a print profile including labels, which I have since added here

Good idea, I'm using it for a Shelly Uni, but often have to wire it differently for testing purposes. However, I preferred the labeling in direct print. Everything fits very well, and the terminals sit very securely. Thanks 👍
