48 V LiFePO₄ Battery Assembly for 280 – 314 Ah Cells with JK-BMS (Compatible with V14, V15, V19)
This design lets you build a 48 V battery pack using standard-size LiFePO₄ prismatic cells in the 280 – 314 Ah range, such as those from EVE, CATL, and other manufacturers with the same dimensions.
The printed spacers create a consistent gap between the cells, allowing you to use the same length busbars across the entire pack for a clean and uniform installation.
The front panel and spacers are assembled with three M6 × 25 mm screws, and the JK-BMS is securely mounted using six M3 × 25 mm screws.
This design keeps the BMS firmly attached to the battery while improving cable management and serviceability.
