Lashing Strap Edge Protector - SKS 1

This is an edge protector that is not often found on the internet. 

I spent over a day evaluating prototypes and creating a good and quickly printable model. 

This is the SKS - 1 - 25

• SKS stands for Lashing Strap Edge Protector and is designated with the number 1 - 25.

It is compatible with all standard lashing straps that are 25mm wide.

It can be adjusted in its angle to firmly secure slanted wooden parts or similar. As mentioned above, it functions as an edge or corner protector. Its two outermost hooks serve to pull the lashing strap through or thread it there. The hooks have been tested differently across 3 prototypes and now have several factors and properties, so that the lashing strap cannot be pulled out depending on its thickness and always holds firmly in the SKS. 

You can configure it differently depending on which component should have which color. 

I sliced it so that everything is printed standing upright. 

The two bolts and caps for the bolts are thus of very high quality, and the wings for each side get a nice bottom and a beautiful surface. 

Of course, you can decide that for yourself. 

I have uploaded various models, which include the entire model, only the wings, or only the bolts for connecting the wings.

Since the designation is 1-25, it is no coincidence that the 1 is meaningless so far. In the future, there will be more models with different widths and other functions.
