Bicycle Carry Handle (Bike Carry Handle)
Print Profile(1)

Description
Tired of carrying your bike like a sack of potatoes? With this ergonomic handle, carrying your bicycle by hand up stairs, on the subway, or over obstacles will no longer be a problem!
Main Features
This is a sturdy handle that securely attaches to the bicycle frame, near the bottom bracket (the pedals), transforming the balance point into a comfortable and natural grip. Forget slippery frames and sore fingers!
- Improved Ergonomics: Designed to offer a comfortable and balanced grip.
- Easy Installation: It quickly attaches to the frame by first inserting the rings and then the handle onto them. The friction should be sufficient to keep the handle anchored, but if not, it is very easy to create an additional fastening. Just heat a piece of wire and insert a piece on each side following the holes in the handle. This way, the ring and handle will be firmly secured.
- Quick Portability: Perfect for commuters, urban cyclists, or anyone living in an apartment without an elevator.
Print Details and Materials
| Detail | Recommendation |
|---|---|
| Recommended Material (Final Use) | ASA (Acrylonitrile Styrene Acrylate) |
| ASA Rationale | ASA is the ideal material for this design: it is extremely UV resistant and high temperatures, making it perfect for an object that will be constantly exposed to sun and outdoor elements. It guarantees durability and structural resistance over time. |
| Material for Testing/Prototype | PLA |
| PLA Rationale | PLA can be used to test adaptability and scale on the bike frame. It is not recommended for final use due to its poor resistance to sun and heat, which could cause deformation. |
| Dimensions | The basic model has average dimensions, suitable for most frames. |
| Scalability | The design is scalable: it can be enlarged or reduced (e.g., up to 105% or 95%) depending on the diameter of your bike's frame tube for a tighter fit. |
