This is a dice that only goes up to three, some times that's all you need.

0.2mm layer, 6 walls, 25% infill
deleted down to two dice for a test print (will need two "three sided" dice for games at a birthday party). printed on A1 Mini on smooth/high temp plate in white PETG. i attribute any flaws to my plate/filament. i'll probably be scaling them up a little and printing in a different color in PLA and hand painting the dots. overall great print!

Found the dots on the dice printed at low quality; ended up using another dice model that allowed me to modify what numbers were shown in Bambu Studio.
