Learn Sun-Character Punch, fight Japanese devils
Coincidentally, I saw the training method for Sun-Character Punch on Douyin, so I designed and made this 3D Printed trainer
The fist grip is Print in Place, with a 0.3mm gap set on both sides in advance. If it doesn't rotate after printing, it's probably due to material shrinkage. Just pry it open gently to separate the adhesion between the two part
The middle connecting shell needs to be glued in place to prevent it from detaching and falling off during intense exercise later
If you want it to be smoother, you can spray some WD40
