Drill Bit Holder Element System Pegboard

Drill Bit Holder 1-13mm for an Element System Pegboard.

The holder accommodates a total of 25 drill bits from 1 - 13mm (1/1.5/2/2.5/3/etc.).

There are four different versions, two of which have a maximum drill bit shank diameter of 10mm, meaning drill bits with a drilling diameter over 10mm then have a reduced shank of 10mm. The other two versions are for drill bit sets where the shank always corresponds to the drilling diameter, meaning it also goes up to 13mm.

Of these two variants, there is one AMS version (the numbers are printed in a different color) and one NonAMS version (the numbers are designed as recesses in the holder).

Before printing, please check which version is suitable for your drill bit set. Bosch drill bits, for example, usually have a shank reduced to 10mm.

On a pegboard, multiple holders can be arranged directly next to each other or with a small distance above each other.

For easy removal and to optimize space on the pegboard, the receptacles are arranged at a 45-degree angle. In addition, there is a small storage compartment at the back of the holder to make good use of the necessary distance.

The model can be printed with different materials; minimal support is required.

Especially with the AMS version, good bed adhesion should be ensured so that the numbers do not detach on the first layers; increasing the bed temperature by 5-10 degrees can be helpful.
