Today I bring you the best shoe I have been able to design so far: a sports model designed for 3D printing. This design combines style, comfort, and functionality, with a voronoi structure in the heel that gives it a light and futuristic look, in addition to improving ventilation and giving it a unique aerodynamic touch

This model is ideal for makers who want to explore 3D printing applied to footwear, whether to create functional prototypes, display pieces, or simply have fun with innovative designs  
 

I wanted to make a robust model, so I warn you that you will use a roll of material, but I made a lot of effort doing many tests so you could print a pair with just one roll of TPU

You can still click the Customize button to choose your size, and it will automatically download the pre-scaled model ready to print based on your foot dimensions, but since it’s pulling an outdated file, the manual method is more accurate. This latest version also includes aesthetic improvements.

 

To scale it manually, simply open the model in Bambu Studio, select each shoe, and make sure you are scaling it under Object Coordinates. Use the measurement chart I provided above to choose the correct scale.
 

 

I have made many tests and adjustments to find the perfect comfort, achieving footwear that adapts ergonomically to the foot, offering support where it is most needed. The sole has a design optimized for 3D printing, with patterns that provide flexibility and traction, while the upper maintains the firmness and stability necessary for daily or sports use.

 

Recommended Filament & Printing Tips

I am very excited to share it and see how each of you customizes it with different colors. I used TPU that changes color with temperature and it is beautiful

I also recommend using Bambu Lab TPU 95 / 90A with gradient colors (Frozen🟦&Blaze🟥).
You can use a dryer like the AMS HT which allows the material to rotate while keeping it dry
