Asta Demon Dweller sword Black clover

i am by no means the copyright holder of the design, this is an inspired version of the prop as a gift to friend and is not meant for commercial distribution.

This piece is specifically made to be assembled via 6mm x 1000mm thread rod and 6mm x 18 mm thick bolts.

Personally i went with 7 wall thickness for durability and feel of it being solid (in the end it ended up being 1.1kg of Abs plastic total weight ~1.3 with the rod and bolts)

The central piece for the blade needs to be printed twice.

There is a high chance when assembling you will have to deal with some filling but that should be expected for a non single piece blade

bolts need to be inserted mid print, not fully sure how the layer pause transfers but there should be pause lines if i have done everything correctly in the slicer
