HellBoy mask with movable jaw,
Another very cool movable Jaw mask that I would like to share with you guys, not a huge story to this one, My older brother dressed up as HellBoy years ago and had the head cap you would get and then have to paint your face, so I said Hey I could make you one give me a week and I will show you what I come up with. After making the Orc mask I was confident enough to tackle this one and what came out is pretty cool if you ask me. There are 2 versions of the mask one is plane no hair so you can add real hair to it if you like to go that route and the other I made it with hair that you can print so it's all ready to go and that one turned out amazing looking I like it better with the printed hair than the real hair. But you can choose which ever you like.
- The masked is sized to fit my face so please Resize as needed (its a 169mm from strap hole to hole and shrinks a little by the cheeks so be aware of that).
- the parts you will need to glue in place is the hair, ears and top teeth, do the hair first before the ears just to make sure it all fits correctly. the cigar should snap together I didn't need glue.
- the cigar fits right between the last bottom tooth and where the rubber band will be and had a big divot for the lower lip and small one for the top. It will sit in there snug till you move the jaw then it will fall out.
- I added foam to the top of the head and forehead for comfort, and it stays snug and does not move around when I move the mouth.
- for the best results I painted the face strait up and down the only ugly part of it will be under the brows and nose and under the top lip. sanding will take care of those if they bother you but other than those areas the mask looks great, I hope you like it as much as My brother and I do so have fun with it!
- ******Two version are available one prints with hair that you can print, and one prints plain so you can add hair to it. You should be able to tell the difference in the pictures I have posted so please choose the correct one.**********
