Tutter the Mouse Figurine

This project brings a nostalgic favorite to life: Tutter T. Tutter, the adorable blue mouse from Bear in the Big Blue House!
Standing proudly at ~90 × 90 × 95 mm, this multicolor figurine is designed for stability, clean printability, and expressive detail — from the signature ears to the tiny pink nose and eyes.

Tutter’s playful posture makes him perfect as a desk companion, shelf decoration, or collector’s piece for fans of classic children’s TV.
The model was carefully split and optimized for both single-color and AMS multicolor printing, so you can choose between fast prints or the full, colorful experience.

🎨 Colors Required

• 🟦 Blue – Main body and tail
• 🌸 Pink – Nose and inner ears
• ⚪ White – Eye balls and highlights
• ⚫ Black – Pupils

🖨️ Printing Variants

There are three different ways to print Tutter depending on your setup and how much color separation you want:

🧠 Variant 1: Two-Part Body + Separate Eyes (Hybrid Print)

Prints: 3 main components + eyes

• Body Front (Blue + Pink):
  • Contains the front half of Tutter with holes for inserting eyes
  • Requires Tree Supports
  • AMS or manual color swap between blue and pink
• Body Back (Blue only):
  • Solid color, prints cleanly with Tree Supports
  • Connects to the front part using 3 joining pins
• Eyes:
  • White eyeballs with small holes
  • Black eye plugs fit snugly inside and can be glued into the front face’s eye sockets

🧠 Variant 2: Full Body (Dual Color, AMS Optional)

Prints: 1 single body + separate eyes

• The body prints upright in one piece (blue + pink), no center seam needed.
• Holes are included for inserting the assembled eyes.
• Still requires Tree Supports for overhangs.

🧠 Variant 3: Full AMS 4-Color Print

Prints: 1 full-color body with eyes integrated

• Uses Blue, Pink, White, and Black filaments simultaneously.
• Prints as a complete model with supports and color transitions handled automatically.
• No assembly needed other than minimal cleanup of supports.

⚙️ Technical Details

🧠 Assembly Instructions (for Variant 1 & 2)

1. Insert the 3 cylinder pins into the back half of the body.
2. Press-fit the front and back halves together — use light pressure or a hard surface for full contact.
3. Assemble the eyes:
   • Glue or friction-fit the black plugs into the white eyeballs.
   • Glue the finished eyes into the sockets on the head.
4. Optional: lightly sand or clean support marks.
