Description

A basic wall mounted disposable glove dispenser. Should hold most 100 & 150 count disposable glove boxes. Mounts to the wall with three screws and there is a drill template PDF for locating the holes. Be sure to print the template at 100% scale and check the dimensions before drilling. Not all printers print accurately and you may need to tweak the scale to get the dimensions correct. 

You can also mount it using double sided tape, Velcro, 3M command strips, etc... For these methods you should print the ‘no holes’ version which has a flat back. The mounting hole standoffs on the normal version may hold the back too far off the wall for tape to contact if it is too thin. The ‘no holes’ version has a flat back so even thin tapes can be used.
It prints with no supports in it's normal position however there is a small chamfer on the bottom surface to maintain the finished look. I recommend glue on the bed as this type of chamfer on the bottom surface can encourage warping at the corners. Kind of a pain but sometime I prefer form over ease of printing. I printed two in PLA with the default .2mm profile and they printed great.

Great print, I modified just a bit to fit my Harbor Freight 9mil nitrile 50 pack. Fits nice and seem sturdy. Thanks for sharing this.

what did you modify to make them fit for these gloves? i have the same kind

I just scaled it down to fit the box. Deselect uniform scale.

I just adjusted the scale to the size of my box. These are the settings I have, but double check the dimensions for you use.

Love it, I just don’t know what happened with the elliptical cutouts. Used the default printing settings. Maybe someone can help me understand?… 🤷‍♂️ This will fit the Costco 200 count boxes. Will definitely print again! 🤓

Maybe wet filament? The water steams out when printing and can make it look foamy. Might be your problem.

Do we have access to the "no holes version?" I am tryin to find it but it seems as if I may be missing something. Edit: Never mind, I found it included in the STL/CAD download. Thank you very much. I will reprint and see what happens.

I shrank the glove box a bit to fit European 100 glove packs found on bol. and Amazon. Worked great and printed well.

Perfect print but scaled slightly and removed the tensioner portion on the back.

Used double sided tape to stick it but the rear plate broke right off, not sure what the use is of it but other than that it holds the protective glove box secure
